Pam Lloyd PR is a brilliant, niche marketing and PR agency 100% focused on fresh produce marketing.
The company has built an enviable position within its chosen market, experiencing continuous growth as a result of award-winning campaigns for food brands, growers and fresh produce organisations.
The management team behind this winning formula, Dieter and Pam Lloyd, recognised that that their own brand and website needed to be reviewed and refreshed to better reflect the agency’s unique service.
“Part of our work involves producing must-have content for food journalists. The process with Mick helped us clarify and sharpen our proposition. We talked a lot about our markets and customers, our partners and the journalists that rely on our input. At the end of it all we have a site that perfectly reflects where we want to be.” (Pam Lloyd)
I devised a brief for Mike Storey of Bristol web design agency Whype. The challenge was to subtly update the Pam Lloyd identity and produce a new website that projected a clearer market position.
Social media and blog training
Alongside this brand identity and website project I worked with the team on a programme of social marketing training. After some introductory sessions I set up the tools and systems to use social media platforms efficiently and to maximise outputs. Along the way I enjoyed workshops on ‘how to blog’ so that the team could contribute to the Pam Lloyd blog and to ‘new marketing’ for clients.
Pam Lloyd PR goes from strength to strength because it has:
- A clear vision to deliver best-in-class marketing and PR for the fresh food industry
- A management team that continually monitors the marketplace and re-invents where necessary
- A team of committed and creative individuals harnessing every tool in the armoury to delivery value for clients
“We’re delighted with our new website and confident in using social tools to spread our valuable client messages. Mick took us through a creative thinking process that has confirmed our vision and given us all a lift. I’ve no doubt we’ll work with Mick on future projects.” (Dieter Lloyd)
