Available from 28th October 2023, a furnished single room in our cosy home (Windmill Hill BS3 4NY).
The room and house
The room is light, has a hardwood floor, a single bed/bedding, desk, chair, lots of storage, and fast broadband. You will share:
- a large bathroom with roll-top bath and separate shower
- big, bright kitchen/diner with access to
- small garden with decking
About you
This room will suit an independent, calm, stable person who wants a safe haven. If you are a late night party animal, this room is not for you.
Apart from the rooms above the rest of the house is for our family. Your accommodation is semi-independent with its own entrance.
The area
Walk to Arnolfini in 20 minutes, Temple Meads 25, Wapping Wharf 13, Asda 10, North Street 5, Victoria Park 5, Windmill Hill City Farm 10.
On major bus routes to city centre and beyond.
About us
Lizzie and I are friendly (work in film-making and marketing). My two sons are also here approx. every other month. Rusty the cat lives here too.
Contract
A six month contract to start. £650 per month, all bills included. £300 deposit. References required.
